Information form for the processing of personal data

In compliance with the provisions of EU Reg. 2016/679 (European Regulation for the protection of personal data), we provide you with the necessary information regarding the processing of the personal data provided. The information is not to be considered valid for other websites that may be consulted via links on the websites in the domain of the owner, who is not to be considered in any way responsible for the websites of third parties.

This information is provided pursuant to art. 13 of EU Reg. 2016/679 (European Regulation for the protection of personal data).

1. The DATA CONTROLLER, pursuant to articles. 4 and 24 of EU Reg. 2016/679, is Parkino S.r.l. with registered office in Piazzale Luigi Cadorna, 10 – 20123 Milan, contactable for privacy purposes at: privacy@parkino.com.

2. DATA PROTECTION OFFICER (RPD/DPO – Data Protection Officer), pursuant to articles. 37 – 39 of EU Reg. 2016/679, the company has designated a person responsible for the protection of personal data who can be contacted for requests and clarifications regarding data processing by writing to the address dpo@parkino.com or by sending a communication to the owner’s address.

3. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING

The personal data provided will be processed in compliance with the conditions of lawfulness pursuant to art. 6 lett. f) (legitimate interest) EU Reg. 2016/679, for the following purposes:

– filling out the data collection form for contact request with sending the requested information.

The data processing is based on the need to respond to a request from the interested party, taking into account his reasonable expectations at the time and within the scope of the collection of the personal data provided by filling out the form.

4. RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA

The personal data provided will be communicated to recipients, who will process the data as managers (art. 28 of EU Reg. 2016/679) and/or as natural persons acting under the authority of the Data Controller and the Manager (art. 29 of EU Reg. 2016/679), for the purposes listed above in point 3. Precisely, the data will be communicated to:

– entities that provide services for the management of the information system used by and of telecommunications networks, including electronic mail;

– competent authorities for the fulfillment of legal obligations and/or provisions of public bodies, upon request.

The subjects belonging to the aforementioned categories perform the function of Data Processor, or operate in total autonomy as separate Data Controllers.

5. DATA TRANSFER TO A THIRD COUNTRY AND/OR AN INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION AND GUARANTEES

Personal data is stored within the European Union in order to comply with the related purposes indicated above. The data will be transferred according to Article 44 – General principle for transfer; Article 45 – Transfer on the basis of an adequacy decision; Article 46 – Transfer subject to adequate guarantees.

6. PERIODO DI CONSERVAZIONE DEI DATI O CRITERI PER DETERMINARE IL PERIODO

The processing will be carried out in an automated and manual manner, with methods and tools aimed at guaranteeing maximum security and confidentiality, by persons specifically appointed for this purpose.

In compliance with the provisions of the art. 5 paragraph 1 letter. e) of EU Reg. 2016/679, the personal data collected will be stored in a form that allows the identification of the interested parties for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which the personal data are processed. The storage of personal data provided depends on the purpose of the processing:

– for contact request (maximum six months).

7. RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES

You may assert your rights as expressed by EU Regulation 2016/679 by contacting the Data Controller, sending an email to privacy@parkino.com or writing to the Data Controller’s office indicated above.

You have the right, at any time, to ask the Data Controller for access to your personal data (art. 15), rectification (art. 16) or cancellation (art. 17) of the same, or limitation of processing (art. 18) or to oppose their processing based on legitimate interest (art. 21).

The rights of the interested party also include the revocation of consent. In the specific case in relation to the purpose described in point 2, the processing has no legal basis in consent but in legitimate interest. In any case, it is understood that if the processing was based on consent, you would have the right to withdraw consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data.

The communication of personal data is not obligatory. You are free to provide personal data in the dedicated areas on the site. Failure to provide personal data will make it impossible to use the services offered by the data controller. There is no existence of an automated decision-making process.
